1. Introduction

Floki S.r.l. is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the optiform.tech website. This Privacy Policy describes what data is processed during browsing and how, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Italian law.

During browsing, the hosting server (Hostinger) automatically records certain technical data in log files:

• Visitor's IP address
• Browser type and operating system
• Pages visited and access time
• Referring URL (referrer)

This data is collected exclusively for security purposes and the correct technical management of the server. It is not used to identify users or cross-referenced with other information. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the controller pursuant to Art. 6.1.f GDPR.

4. Direct Contact

The site provides an email address (info@optiform.tech) via simple links. By clicking these links, the user is redirected to their own email client: no data passes through the site.

If the user independently chooses to contact us by email, the data provided (name, contact details, message content) will be processed by Floki S.r.l. exclusively to respond to the request, on the basis of pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). Such data is not passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Google Maps

The Contact page may include an interactive map provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). This service is loaded exclusively subject to the user's explicit consent via the cookie banner. If consent is not given, the map is not loaded and the address remains available in text form.

Where consent is given, Google Maps may collect data such as IP address and map interactions, with possible transfer to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Transfer of Data Outside the EU

Server logs are stored on Hostinger infrastructure within the European Union. The only potential non-EU transfer relates to Google Maps, active only with prior consent and covered by standard contractual clauses pursuant to Arts. 44–49 GDPR.

• Server logs: retained for a maximum of 12 months, then automatically deleted
• Received email communications: retained for the time necessary to handle the request and, in the case of a contractual relationship, up to 10 years for fiscal and accounting obligations
• Cookies: as indicated in the Cookie Policy

9. Data Subjects' Rights

Pursuant to Arts. 15–22 GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise your rights:

10. Protection of Minors

The site is not intended for persons under 16 years of age and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please write to info@optiform.tech and we will arrange for the deletion of the data.

We reserve the right to update this Policy to reflect technical, operational or regulatory changes. The update date is always indicated at the top of the document.
